It's so awesome someone gave me this one word!  
I blogged and shared "Why I'm Not A Christian."  Love is my religion, my Daddy is love and I love being able to share my thoughts with others.  I pour my heart out to perfect strangers and love them any way I can.  I don't know who reads my blogs.
I'm a word girl and have always loved to write, so this thrilled me to pieces.  
I read a book by Stasi Elderidge called Captivating.  I only thought I knew how much God loved me until I read that book.  I think I cried the entire time, one of a handful of books I've read more than once and her husband John Elderidge has a book for men called Wild At Heart.
Captivating.
Isn't the gospel supposed to make us attractive to the world?  Good news!  Jesus loves you!  I love you!  
We each have our own truth, no two believe totally alike.
It's okay!  He's not worried about that!
He loves us!
He celebrates us!
All truth is love, kind, gentle, with open arms.
It's not marching on in war against absolutely everything on the face of the planet!  
Love wins.
Love heals, makes whole, never tears down, or beats up.
Love heals the nations.
By this they will know you are my disciples, by your love for one another.
When you share your truths with others, be gentle, be honest, be love and you don't have to beat down any organization, theology or doctrine to get there.  Love.
Jesus loves us.
The lens of love always produces beauty for our ashes.

When I leave Alabama, I will not have a job and I never plan to get another. I'm putting my husband in the rightful position he should have had all along, protector and provider. I'm not above waiting tables two or three times a week, because I enjoy it and it's a vehicle for connections, but it's not a priority. What's Different?

What's different you may ask. I'm different, he's different, this time is different. There's so many re-runs that happen when dealing with addiction, people we love who are addicted and our own issues during the process, we sometimes get caught in the loop of the happenings. We have a lot of water under the bridge, when I say a lot of water, I mean seventeen years of water. A lot has happened, hurt, disappointment, panic, anxiety, you name it its happened. This time is different. Why? We are making it different. This time is a new time, something new is happening and we are treating it that way. This time we've both made a decision together as to what helps us progress forward together.  It's not me or him, it's us together. Will the same things happen? I don't know. That One Call Changes Everything

Man oh man this love thing is something serious! A picture is worth a thousand words right?  This picture has reeled me in time and time again. Anyone who knows me knows the story of Antoine and me.  We've been together and apart for seventeen years.  We met in the streets, both of us addicted to crack. Seventeen years of prison sentences, jail time, street time and then there's the precious good times, few and far between.  We've had a couple of Thanksgiving's together, a couple of birthdays together and two or three Christmas's.  We've had one anniversary together that I can remember.  Seventeen years.
